ARE YOU A ROLE MODEL FOR YOUR MESSAGE?
A role model is someone who is worthy of imitation; someone you look up to; someone who represents an ideal for you to strive towards. These are the people who change our lives and change the world.
The very best leaders; those with real influence, are those who live by example. They don’t just talk about their vision; they light the way for others. They don’t just talk about their customers; they serve them. They don’t just talk about accountability; they hold people accountable. They don’t just talk about their values; they show you their values. They don’t just talk about their culture; they create it through their actions and interactions every day.
Take a step back and be honest with yourself. Right now, are you a living, breathing representation of what you say is important?
